Our General Sale happens this Friday 4th November, at 12 noon! As you'd know, our 2017 theme is PLAY - and for things to go smoothly so you can start the journey to our desert playground, please read this info:
1) TO BUY A TICKET
You’ll need to update your Burner Bio. Click HERE to do that. While you're there, make sure that the ID/passport number on your Bio matches the one on your ID book / passport. (If it doesn’t, you won’t be able to purchase a ticket).
2) BUYING A TICKET FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
If you are, you’ll need to have their:
- name
- email address
- ID/passport number
- cell phone number
Make sure the person you’re buying a ticket for has created (or logged into) their Bio BEFORE 10am on Friday 4th November. Why? Because Bio registrations close shortly before ticket sales to minimise strain on the server (and will reopen once ticket sales have died down).
NOTE: You won’t be able to complete your purchase unless both ticket holders have updated Burner Bios. Send the ticket recipient this link so they can create or log into their Bio in good time.
3) BUYING TICKETS FOR A MINOR OR CHILD?
KID'S TICKETS
Kids tickets are available to kids 14 years and younger. In order to purchase a kids ticket, you need to register your child on your Burner Bio. The option to purchase your kids ticket will be available to you when you are purchasing your own ticket.
MINOR TICKETS
Minor tickets are full priced tickets available to young adults between the ages of 15 and 18 years. These tickets can only be bought by parents/guardians over the age of 28 years old. This means that parents/guardians bringing young adults between the ages of 15 and 18 need to register them on their Burner Bio provided they themselves are over the age of 28 years old. Adults aged 28 and older are only able to register a maximum of 4 kids and minors on one Burner Bio. The option to purchase minor tickets will be available at the same time your tickets become available to purchase.
4) AND FINALLY
Our ticketing agent - Quicket - will send you an email tomorrow after 5pm that will include your unique General ticket sales link. When the sale opens, click that link to go to the ticket checkout. If you don't receive your Quicket prompt email, don't stress – you can simply log into our site, and click “Buy Tickets” to be taken to the ticket checkout.
